Ontdek de rapporten
Despite the challenges posed by the scarcity of office space, the office market in The Hague continues to demonstrate resilience. Take-up in Q1 2024 reached approximately 36,200 sq m, which is more than double the previous year's Q1 volume. However, take-up was largely driven by an owner-occupied transaction involving De Groene Toren, spanning 25,000 sq m. De Groene Toren’s redevelopment potential is still to be determined. It will be occupied by Rijksvastgoedbedrijf itself, as it aligns with their long-term strategy. If we disregard this major transaction, take-up volume still exceeds the levels reached in the past three quarters, indicating a growing demand for office space.
