Take-up remains below the five-year average, with approx. 52,400 sq. m. of signed leases in H1. However, the outlook is promising for occupier dynamics in the upcoming months. This is supported further by the increasing volume of search requests received.
The development pipeline for 2024 comprises over 180,000 sq. m. with 56% already delivered in H1. This compensates for the slower completion rates observed in previous years. Deliveries in Q2 include De Kade and Kauwgomballenfabriek in Overamstel.
Y-o-y the investment volumes have improved but are still performing at only 12% of the full investment potential observed over the past five years. The investment sentiment is improving though with various transactions pending for H2.
