A total of approx. 44,100 sq. m. of signed office leases by the end of H1 2024, indicates that take-up is on track to reach or possibly exceed last year's total volume.
Demand for state-of-the-art office space continues to result in tenants from the broader region seeking out space in the CBD. However, the limited availability of future supply in the CBD restricts options for occupiers and strengthens the market for landlords.
Although investor sentiment shows a slight improvement, the investment volume remains significantly below historical levels, showing slower investor market dynamics.
