YTD investment volumes increased 27% Y-o-Y to €6.68 billion, with the living, industrial and retail sectors all recording increases relative to 2023.
The residential sectors saw the most activity coming in at €1.36 billion invested, mainly driven by multiple sales transactions of the ERES portfolio.
Logistics proved again to be the quickest market to recover; yields have sharpened by 5 bps to 4.7% and core assets have begun to change hands, signifying the start of a broader recovery.
