The Hague Office Market Profile - Q4 2011

Q4 take-up was some 22,000 sq m, which was almost half of the total volume for 2011. Driving this performance was one stand out deal where construction-services business BAM took a unit of some 10,000 sq m but which has yet to commence construction. This was the exception rather than the rule, as generally the
market has seen a fundamental lack of large lettings.
