Utrecht Office Market Profilie - Q3 2011

Third quarter volumes increased by around 60% on Q2 and at 22,400 sq m, activity stands just under the 5 year average. However, the 18,000 sq m transaction by Danone in the Rijnsweerd district accounted for the vast majority of activity, with just a handful of other medium sized transaction recorded in Q3. Demand for the best office space in the city centre continues to be high. In particular from occupiers from the banking, finance and public administration sector.
