    Overview
    For the Working Group Sustainability of INREV, Jones Lang LaSalle, the company itself being INREV member, has performed research that consisted of investor interviews/survey and desk/field research into sustainable funds

    Objectives

  • To understand non-listed real estate investors’ views and expectations for sustainable approaches from fund managers.
  • To build a database of European-focused sustainable non-listed property funds, and examine sustainable funds’ strategies.
  • To enable all INREV members to remain informed and at the forefront of sustainability knowledge.
  • To prepare and facilitate the sustainability discussion platform at the INREV Annual Conference 2010.
  • To highlight fund-level sustainability best practices for members to take home.
